I served many roles over the years—usher, youth leader, camp counselor, worship leader, young adult minister—and each one gave me a view of how churches function day to day.
Not just the Sundays.
The systems. The people. The pressure. The gaps.
Thats when I discovered my call was to the Marketplace!

Why I Started The Humble Perspective
I started The Humble Perspective to help church leaders and Christian consumers to find the right technology to meet their needs (budget).
I’ve seen firsthand the common challenges church leaders face—tools that don’t fit real ministry, software that creates friction instead of clarity, volunteers stretched thin, and leaders carrying responsibility quietly with limited support.
I’ve consumed a wide range of Christian products, services, and subscriptions over my lifetime—and it’s often unclear what you’re actually getting for the price. What’s often missing is clear perspective, practical guidance, and resources that truly respect the people doing the buying.
The Humble Perspective exists to help meet these need.

Every day I wake up ready to pursue His will for my life. Not an easy task because this world is full of obstacles, stumbling blocks, and pitfalls to keep me from it! How does a Christian navigate through life? Purpose is the True North. As a Christian man I know God has a purpose for my life. The Humble Perspective isn’t just a blog to me. It’s part of my purpose. Every person is created on purpose for a purpose. The funny thing about purpose is that it’s not about you. So even though The Humble Perspective is part of my purpose its not about me. I’ve been created with gifts, talents, and abilities to serve The Body of Christ. This blog exists to uplift, encourage, and sharpen my brothers and sisters in Christ. My deepest desire is for you to draw closer to God through this blog.
